For prospective new students, we recommend a half hour introductory lesson scheduled at your convenience with one of our teachers. The cost is $15.
MSFAC offers Suzuki instruction in piano and strings to children as young as three years old. Students learn to play an instrument in the same manner as they learn to speak and read ("mother-tongue approach"). A parent must attend the student's lessons, help with practice at home, and attend a one-hour Suzuki Parent Workshop each semester.
Our 2009 Winter/Spring Semester consists of 20 weekly lessons, scheduled with your instructor, between January 5 through June 1. Regularly scheduled lessons will not occur during Spring Break (April 6-11).
There is a one-time non-refundable family registration fee of $30. There is an additional fee of $50 for Suzuki lessons.

Tuition can be paid in full upon registration or in three equal payments(upon registration, February 1, and April 1). A limited number of scholarships are available to families in need of financial assistance.
